Bonjour Madame Laroche,

j'ai une demande un peu audacieuse à vous faire, soit celle de vous inviter à accueillir nos nouveaux employés en 2 minutes sur une séance d'accueil que nous avons développé, ma collègue Eve et moi. Nous sommes consultantes responsables du recrutement et de l'intégration des personnes en situation de handicap, et nous aimerions vous avoir un 2 minutes pour accueillir nos nouveaux employés en situation de handicap (+ ou _ 20 à 30) suite à un processus de sélection inclusif et orienté vers l'embauche des groupes ee, mais spécialement les personnes en situation de handicap. Je sais que c'est probablement improbable, compte tenu de votre agenda… mais ce serait tout un honneur de vous avoir avec nous le 26 mai prochain. Ma collègue Eve est co-championne accessibilité - région du Québec et est en fauteuil roulant et moi je suis son acolyte, nous sommes un duo déterminé à faire de notre organisation EDSC région du Québec, un milieu de travail inclusif dès l'embauche mais nous souhaitons surtout que les gens en situation de handicap grandissent dans l'organisation et qu'ils s'épanouissent pleinement, qu'ils contribuent pleinement. Nous sommes en mission!
